When you contact or apply

We use the details you submit to respond to your inquiry or handle your application. Contact and careers records are stored in our database; email delivery and application file storage use the services configured for those workflows. Do not include confidential credentials in a form.

Email updates

Newsletter signup stores your email, consent time and subscription status. A confirmation email verifies that you control the address. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent newsletter requests. Each confirmation includes a personal unsubscribe link. Optional campaign attribution

With your permission, the five UTM campaign labels in an incoming link are stored for the current browser tab. They are attached to contact, careers or newsletter submissions to show which campaign brought an inquiry. We do not add advertising trackers or send browsing events to an analytics provider.

Choosing Essential only clears this campaign data. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of any public page. Your preference is stored on this browser; clearing browser storage resets it.

Essential storage and security

Admin sign-in uses a session cookie. Newsletter endpoints use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the newsletter database. Hosting and delivery providers may separately keep operational logs. Search runs against public content and does not search private submissions.
